Terms
Short, because Klappe is a single purchase with nothing to buy inside it.
What you may do
Klappe is paid software, sold on the App Store. You may install it on Apple devices you control and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes, under Apple's standard licensed-application terms, which apply in addition to this page.
What it costs
One purchase, at the price shown on the App Store in your country. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising, and nothing inside the app asks for payment details.
Buying it, and refunds
The sale is between you and Apple. Apple takes the payment, and we never see your payment details. Refunds, Family Sharing and every billing question go through Apple, using the purchase history on your account.
What we ask
Do not redistribute the app, reverse-engineer it where the law allows us to prohibit that, or use it in a way that breaks the law. Do not use it to make or share material that is unlawful or that harms a child.
Withdrawal
As a consumer you have a right of withdrawal when you buy digital content. Because the sale runs through Apple, you exercise it through Apple, and the refund returns the same way the payment was made.
What we promise, and what we do not
We work to keep Klappe correct and available, but the app is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights if the app is faulty.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The version that applies is the one published here when you use the app.
Which law applies
German law applies, without the conflict-of-law rules that would otherwise point elsewhere. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
